Shipping is based on the Total Value of items ordered. Estimated ship times are in business days. Your items will normally be shipped in three (3) business days or less and should arrive three(3) or four(4) days after the ship date.

The following is our rate information for United States based orders, including PO Boxes, and APO/FPO:

Our "Team Store" will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue a merchandise credit if the payment was by an on-line credit card purchase. If you don't have your original reciept shipped with your order or if the item was a gift, (give original purchaser's name and date of purchase and credit card number charged), then we will gladly issue a merchandise credit for a future purchase.

Without a receipt, you must show a driver's license, and credit will be given for the item's lowest promotional price within the past 30 days, as a merchandise credit ONLY.

1. Returns Accepted Within Seven (7) Days Of Purchase Only.
2. If Granted, Pack your merchandise securely in original packaging.
3. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return.
   Please include your phone number and your e-mail address.
4. You Must Have An RMA# [Return Merchandise Number] and it must appear on all shipping labels. [ RMA# is received from us once return has been authorized.]
5. Send the package via a traceable shipping method (so we can be sure it won't get lost and e-mail us the tracking number and carrier ) to:

Return Center Credit Issuance:
Our returns center will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an on-line gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. Look for your refund, issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Return merchandise freight charges are those of the purchaser only.

Damaged Goods Return Policies:
If your goods are damaged for any reason, simply return it within 10 days. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty material.

Returned Goods Packaging:
Video tapes cases, aluminum bats, game stat systems, carrybags, computer software, first-aid kits, trading cards, and VHS tapes must be in sealed unopened packages. Once opened, we can only exchange these items for the same product. We will gladly refund shipping costs if we made an error with your order (items).
